Refund policy

Shipping: You MUST email us within 5 days of delivery and the items must be shipped out no later than 5 days after the return label is sent. 

In-Store: Items MUST be returned to the store within 14 days of the purchase date to exchange or return and receive store credit ONLY. 

No refunds will be given.

No returns on jewelry. 

Items MUST have tags attached and shoes must have a box. 

No makeup/ deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, or cigarettes smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

If merchandise is labeled FINAL SALE, those items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days after purchase or 3 days after delivery (if the item was shipped). Please email us at bboutique1123@gmail.com with pictures of the damage. 

Local pickup orders MUST be picked up within 3 weeks. After three weeks your order will be put back into inventory due to low storage space and you will NOT be refunded. 

  • The customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. 
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
